Timeline

Please deliver your planning as far as possible in advance and anyway before below deadlines in order for us to book transport / terminal window.
Timing of planning differs per deepsea terminal and therefore a correct and early coordination with the terminals is required.

IMPORT TIMING DATA REQUIRED
Day -2 a.m. Terminals, amount & TEU.
Day -1 a.m. Container number; type; gross weight; deepsea vessel; ocean carrier; Customs status; document numbers; pickup reference; delivery time & location and empty return address.
Day 0 Loading of barge at deepsea terminal.
Day 0-1 Discharge of barge at BCW or WBT and delivery of container.
Day 1-2-3 Pickup of empty container and redelivery at empty depot.
EXPORTTIMINGDATA REQUIRED
Day -2 a.m. Empty depot; deepsea terminal; container amount & TEU.
Day -1 a.m. Container type; gross weight; deepsea vessel; ocean carrier; Customs status; document numbers; empty pickup and full delivery reference;cargo opening and closing date / time; loading address / date / time;IMO class / ADNR / UN number; reefer settings; demurrage / detention arrangement.
Day 0-1 Pickup of empty container at depot; loading of container; delivery at BCW or WBT.
Day 1-2 Loading of barge at BCW or WBT.
Day 1-2-3 Discharge of barge at deepsea terminal.
